WATER VIEW LOCATION! This home has it all! Secluded at the end of a cul de sac and perched high above the marina, this elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence offers rare uninterrupted water views that stretch across a serene freshwater lagoon towards the dynamic saltwater estuary. Beyond this is the Oakland skyline and Mount Tamalpais on a clear day. Inside, you'll find a bright, open living space with dramatic vaulted ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, and expansive windows that feel like living art--each framing scenes of sailboats drifting by. As evening falls, the views truly come alive: holiday lights twinkle from boats docked in the marina, and on the 4th of July, you'll have front row seats to the Bay Area's dazzling fireworks reflected over the water. Whether you're entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet night in, the evening sunsets are nothing short of magical. 2 beds, 2 baths, balcony overlook the water, washer/dryer in-unit, new fridge, newly refaced kitchen cabinets, new carpet, and is a part of an amazing HOA that includes fire insurance, earthquake insurance, landscaping, pool, spa, and beautiful trails. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and the Posey tunnel for EZ commuting PLUS ferry access to SF. This is a one-of-a-kind place to call home.
