Wendy helped us buy our dream home, so when the time came to sell our previous "starter" home, it was an easy decision to work with her again. Ben and Tammy worked closely with us on a house we inherited due to a death in the family. Wife did not want it to be sold in the condition it was. With Tammy’s help, the house was updated on the inside, and then Ben took over and did a video that he narrated. Posted it and pictures online and scheduled an open house. Before the open house, we had multiple showings and one realtor calling and begging to cancel the open house. We received a full offer the next day and accepted. Closed the next month. Ben and the team did a great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
